He communicated at a hearing from the Senate, regarding an alleged bribe that was attempted from Jack Lam, a casino tycoon.
The POGRA (Philippine Online Gaming and Regulatory Authority) will have to oversee this industry of 250$ billion using the best technology.
Vitaliano Aguirre, Justice Secretary, stated that a regulator would be very helpful eliminating the gray areas of online gambling.
